Mrs. Jennifer Bryson - RTI Coordinator and Tech Lead

Background

As a lifelong Monroe County resident and a 1989 graduate of Madisonville High School, I am proud to serve the community that has played such an important role in my life. I began my career in education as a fifth-grade mathematics teacher, a position I held for 15 years before transitioning into my current role as RTI Coordinator at Vonore Middle School. Now in my fourth year as RTI Coordinator, I work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide targeted academic support and help ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Education

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Tusculum College and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University. My experience in classroom instruction and educational leadership has given me a strong foundation for supporting student achievement, collaborating with educators, and coordinating effective academic interventions.

Personal

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and relaxing on the Tellico River. Having spent my life in Monroe County, I am especially grateful for the opportunity to give back to my community through education and to support the students and families of Vonore Middle School.
